This website is a catalogue for requesting offers from Portofino B&F s. r. o. Submitting the form or receiving an automatic acknowledgement does not create an order, sales contract or payment obligation.
Offer and delivery
State the model, required variant, quantity and delivery country. We confirm configuration, box contents, price, tax treatment, transport, availability, delivery and payment terms in an individual offer before a contract is concluded. Series or system photos may not show the exact package contents.
Consumers and further terms
A B2B label does not remove statutory consumer rights from an individual acting outside their business. If a consumer contract follows, applicable pre-contract information, complaint and withdrawal rules must be supplied before concluding it. These enquiry terms do not replace the terms of that contract.
